I shouldn’t be so quick to scoff at obviousness…but I couldn’t resist. In a recent study done by the Institute of Education in London concluded that breast feeding, high expectations and discipline led to well adjusted children. Now this would be the perfect spot to go on a heated tirade about how parents today are terrible and they coddle their kids too much and are too quick to make excuses for their failures in life…ahem, I’ll be saving that for another post.
What’s the point? The common denominator appears to be that parents who value breastfeeding also seem to pay more attention to their kids. So dads, force your ladies to give your babies the boob and your kids will grow up to be normal. Or you could take an active interest in the care and nourishment of your infants, and keep it up throughout their lives. Pay attention, be a good dad, lay down some ground rules and structure and VIOLA normal kids. Easy right?
